Privacy policy
What data this site collects, why, which providers are involved, and how to exercise your rights.
Data controller
Frédérique Mariot, independent art photographer. Registered name, company registration number and address: [à compléter].
Any request about your data can be sent through the form on the contact page.
Contact form
Your name, email address and message are collected. They are used solely to reply to you. They are stored in the site's back office and a notification is sent to the artist.
No automatic deletion is scheduled: messages stay in the back office until the artist deletes them, and you can ask for erasure at any time.
Orders
When you buy, your name, email address, order details, amount and Stripe transaction identifiers are kept. The delivery address is collected by Stripe on its payment page.
No card details pass through this site: payment happens entirely on a Stripe-hosted page. Records required for accounting are kept for the period imposed by the applicable legal obligations on accounting documents.
Session bookings
For a session, your name, email address, the chosen service and the selected slot are kept. A matching event is created in the artist's professional Google Calendar, so that the slot is not offered to anyone else.
Confirmation emails are sent both to you and to the artist.
Processors
Stripe processes payments and, in doing so, collects card details and the delivery address. Google Calendar hosts the session calendar. An email delivery service carries transactional messages.
These providers may process data outside the European Union, under the contractual safeguards provided for by the GDPR. Name of the email delivery service and of the hosting provider: [à compléter].
Cookies and analytics
This site uses no advertising cookies and embeds no analytics tool: there is no Google Analytics, no social network pixel, no third-party tracker. That is why you are never shown a consent banner.
The cart is kept in your browser's local storage, on your device only. It is never sent to the server before you start the payment, and clearing the site's data removes it.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. These rights are exercised through the contact form; you may be asked to prove your identity.
If our answer does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
